Introduction to Agentic AI for Research and Application Development
Capabilities- and persona-based agentic models for research, application development, and practical AI system design.
Complete teaching record ↗Teaching & learning
A teaching and workshop practice spanning emerging technologies. AI literacy is a central current focus.
Areas of instruction include research technology, data visualization, digital scholarship ecosystems, information design, AI ethics and science and technology studies (STS), interface design and UX, web development, visual thinking, and online learning. These areas connect technical practice with wider scholarly and sociotechnical contexts.
Recent instruction and workshop requests—including invited work with university, research, and medical communities such as UCSF—focus particularly on AI literacy, AI-assisted coding and development, and emerging AI methodologies. Emerging technologies and their integration with AI are examined both practically and within their wider contexts across research, teaching, medicine, organizations, and society.
